Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, or within any longer period required by applicable law.

For a change-of-mind return, please keep the item in good condition and return it with its original accessories and packaging. You may open the package to inspect the item and check its phone compatibility. If the item has scratches, stains, deformation, or other damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the refund may be reduced to reflect its diminished value where permitted by law. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the return address and instructions. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us even if it does not meet the conditions above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Please include photos of the item and packaging if you can. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days, or sooner where required by applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
